Where we work

Heat Pumps in Saugus and Nearby Towns

Saugus, Lynn, Revere, Melrose, Malden, Everett and the surrounding streets, served by one careful crew.

HVAC Financing Saugus puts heat pumps into homes in Saugus and the towns that ring it. Think post-war capes off Route 1, two-families in Lynn and Everett, and older colonials up toward Melrose and Stoneham. Lots of these places still burn oil or lean on a tired gas boiler. We trade that for a system that warms the house in winter and cools it in summer, and we help with the rebate and 0% loan paperwork on the way.

Built for older homes

Radiators, baseboard, tight attics and no ducts are what we see most. Ductless and small-duct systems handle them well.

The right rebate for your town

Most nearby towns use Mass Save. Peabody, Lynnfield and Wakefield run on light plants with their own rebate programs, and we sort out which applies.

One crew, one phone

Whether you are in Nahant or Malden, (781) 622-9244 reaches the same people and the same way of working.

What Shifts From One Town to the Next

The install itself never changes. Each house gets room-by-room sizing, winter-rated equipment, line sets in covers and a walkthrough when we finish. A family in Revere and a family in Stoneham get the same care and the same plain talk about money.

The funding side is what varies. Homes served by Mass Save utilities can tap that rebate along with the 0% HEAT Loan. Homes in Peabody, Lynnfield or Wakefield buy electricity from a town-owned light plant offering a heat pump rebate of its own, and the 0% loan can still be an option if the gas bill comes from a Mass Save gas company. We pin down which programs apply before you count on any number.
